Our company only retains the data required for the execution, invoicing and dispatch of your order throughout the validity of the contract between us and after its expiry for the minimum period prescribed by law depending on the category of personal data. Your contact details, if you have consented to the sending of informative messages for marketing purposes, will be kept for an additional 5 years from the end of the contract, unless you request their deletion.

To whom are they disclosed?

Some of your personal data may be transferred to external partners of our company, who act on our behalf and at our direction as processors. These are our website administrator, program developers and IT service providers , as well as some external partners who act as agents for our products.
Only your absolutely necessary personal data is transmitted to them for the execution of their tasks and the service of the above-mentioned purposes according to their capacity. In principle, this transfer is made only to countries within the EU, while if it is necessary to make a transfer to countries outside the European Economic Area, we undertake to obtain all the guarantees provided by law.
